This is a track about letting go. Life can get you down sometimes, but getting through its battles, and keeping your head up when worse comes to worse is what really defines you as a character, and how well you will get through a sometimes "difficult" life.
lyrics
Woke up early in the morning, the light was all around—I could hear the angels calling, so I moved toward the sound—made me realize in this life, you should walk away from pain, and make the best out of your time—just when you feel life has got you down to the point of no escape, just keep your head up all the way—try and find the right way out, and take it day by day—don’t ever look back there again—don’t ever look back—dreaming of a better learning, I search above the clouds—I could see the angels rising, I could feel them all around—made me realize that in this life, you should walk away from pain, and make the best out of your time-- just when you feel life has got you down to the point of no escape, just keep your head up all the way—try and find the right way out, and take it day by day—don’t ever look back there again—just when you find yourself—in this time of decadence, I will find away to the other side of all this mess—when I’m torn from deep inside, I will love, I will cherish all the things that come in life-- just when you feel life has got you down to the point of no escape, just keep your head up all the way—try and find the right way out, and take it day by day—don’t ever look back there again—don’t you ever look back—don’t you ever, don’t ever look back
